The only surveys created by us at PMP are the ones which reveal the winning postcode of the Survey Draw. Anything outside of this is a survey made by another company. You will notice the different URLs indicating an external survey.
Our FAQs explain that our update period can be anywhere up to 72 hours and what to do if it hasn’t tracked back to our site.

Been on this site for years. My bonus is £23.65. My postcode has never come up for anything. Any RG postcodes rarely appear on here - I doubt very much that this is all down to odds as other postcode prefixes appear almost daily. It's really not worth checking each day.....I think I've given it enough of my time. So that's me over and out.

I think this is the same poster who complained many times about RG postcodes. There were lots of replies saying that there had been a very large number of winning postcodes in that area and that the OP can’t have been checking all the draws. It looked like they never read any of their responses.
Shame, but perhaps a free lottery was not for this person?
AdminMarie

For those who don't know, the system completes the draws from a database of active account ID numbers using a random number generator and the parameters of the smallest ID number to the largest. It then displays the postcode on the chosen account number as the winner of the draw. All it ‘sees’ is the account numbers of active members, it is not influenced by any other data or outside factors and is as random as a computer can be.
If one postcode is entered more than once it is more likely to be selected (like names in a hat). If a certain postcode area (eg. BA1) appears to not win often that is because there aren't many entries for that area. If a postcode area seems to win more often it must mean that there are more entries from that postcode area. Each postcode area comes up on average in line with its population size and the number of active accounts registered with it.
There is no geographical bias in the selection procedure. The computer doesn't know (or care) where anyone lives! You could give your postcode more chances of coming up by referring your neighbours to us: https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/20-referral-bonus

RG is quite an expensive area & not many people live there, much less play PMP, however you could try referring some locals to increase your chances of it appearing.
£23.65 isn't a great bonus for all those years, so you probably haven't been checking all the draws regularly & missed a win.
Your postcode has as much chance as any other as it's registration numbers that are randomly picked, but it's up to you.

They haven't:
https://pickmypostcode.com/past-winners/
If you are using past daily reminder emails to try to check missed / past results, the emails don't work like that. They contain a simple link to our website. You could use one from a week ago / a month ago / a year ago and it would take you to the site today and you would see the current draw.
Once the claim period has ended, the results move to the Winner's Results page, which I have included in my first paragraph and which is linked at the bottom of every page. You need to use that to check past results.

Scottish postcodes come up regularly, in line with its population and number of active members. If one postcode is entered more than once it is more likely to be selected (like names in a hat). If a certain postcode area (eg. BA1) appears to not win often that is because there aren’t many entries for that area. If a postcode area seems to win more often it must mean that there are more entries from that postcode area. Each postcode area comes up on average in line with its population size and the number of active accounts registered with it. Where you live is a smaller postcode area and so naturally has less entries and therefore comes up less often.
You can look up how many entries there are from a postcode here: https://pickmypostcode.com/entries-search/
You can also look up past winning postcodes (or partial postcodes) here: https://pickmypostcode.com/past-winners/
You can check winners in your area here: https://pickmypostcode.com/winners-map/
There is no geographical bias in the selection procedure. The computer doesn’t know (or care) where anyone lives! You could give your postcode more chances of coming up by referring your neighbours to us: https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/20-referral-bonus

1/ you must be missing the 9 daily draws as there have been hundreds and hundreds of Scottish postcode winners this year alone.
2/ not every U.K. postcode is in the draws, only registered ones. If not many people have registered a postcode in your area, you can’t expect to see many winners.
3/ are you not recognising Scottish postcodes?
4/ you can check all the winners back to 2011 on the Winners Results tabs…many thousands from Scotland.

Could you have inadvertently set up a new account? That’s usually the cause of an incorrect bonus. Instead of signing in, you could have signed up, thus creating a duplicate account.
Otherwise did you get lots of referral bonuses but now they’ve all closed their accounts? (More unlikely?)
You should contact admin and they’ll investigate for you.

Yes. 😀 you have to reach the 3 levels before you’re entered into each one, then all 3.
The number of eligible members for each draw changes daily. For example 32,855 members are eligible for today’s £20 bonus draw. This is standing @ £120 today as it hasn’t been claimed and has rolled over.
There are 123,807 members who have reached the £5 bonus draw.

Is there a problem with the daily email reminders? I haven't had one for about a week, I've checked all my settings but I'm still not getting anything.
AdminEm
Sorry to hear that Mikey. We would never stop them because we want people to be reminded to check the site. I'm afraid that it is probably your Email Provider blocking them.
Sadly, Email Providers (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo, Talk Talk, BT etc) can be of the opinion that a business has no need to email its customers every day, so they think we must be spamming people and their filters often block us. They don't take our business model of a free prize draw giveaway who gets their money from advertising in to account. However they can allow the Dormant Warning emails through their filter because those emails don't get sent out as often and contain different content. I'm sorry to say that this is out of our control.
There are suggestions for how you can take steps to remember to check the site here:

I am not receiving anything when I’m checking in my bonus has stayed the same each time I go on.
AdminEm
Hi Tuppence. The daily bonus runs from midday to midday just like the draws. This means that if you visit the site after midday, you'll need to wait until the next draw to get your next penny bonus. (It also means you can collect 2 day's worth of bonus on one day if you forget to check!)
If you still think there might be an issue with the bonus tracking, could you do a little test for us?
Please make a note of the bonus amount in today's email reminder. Then tomorrow (after midday) check your bonus against this number. Remember you need to visit the Main, Survey & Video draws to get the full 3p.
If the numbers still don't make sense, please email me at admin@pickmypostcode.com and send me some screenshots of a few past daily reminders, showing the bonus not changing even after you have checked the draws. Or you can forward them to the admin email, but please include a note explaining why you are doing it because we get so many emails and I can't remember every conversation without a prompt or reminder. Then Tech can set up some testing.
I'm afraid that I can only see the bonus at the time of searching, not a history of it and we don't have a Sent Folder because the system sends thousands of emails every day and the memory required for one would slow the site down too much. So I can't do any searching myself and will need to see a few daily reminders to track how the bonus has or hasn't changed for you. Thank you.

this is what the UK has become. just been invited to carry out a survey. no issues there. and since we are on a UK site, no issues with understanding the site. until i tried to access the survey, and was asked IN ENGLISH which language id prefer to carry out the survey in. 5 different languages. NONE were ENGLISH. talk about anti British racism!
AdminEm
Someone sent in a screenshot of this survey. It asks or asked which language you would like the survey in, repeats the question in four or five other languages and had buttons underneath the multi-language question. The first button said "English" and then had that word repeated in the other languages too.
The survey was simply being inclusive of multiple language options. Some people in the UK have English as their second/third language (maybe even more) and might prefer the survey to be in their native, fluent language.
There was nothing to get angry about. English was the first button, you simply needed to scroll down or you didn't notice because of your reaction to it. But there was no need for it.
AdminMarie
I'm sure this was just an error then and that English should have been an option.
If problems do occur on surveys, please use the link saying ‘Bad experience? Report this survey’ to report them directly to our tech team, as well as sending us an email if you had answered some questions before you encountered this issue so that we can add a 5p screen out bonus for you if necessary.
Reporting the problem gives us the information needed to help and we can remove any problematic surveys after a certain amount of people have clicked the link to report it.
Chocolate Spaniel

That particular survey, whilst offering alternative languages, continues in English if you had just clicked on 'Next,' as I did.
Anonymous
Either a genuine omission/mistake by the compiler or the survey was designed for non English speaking people and has accidentally been sent to a U.K. site.
These surveys are compiled and provided by third party survey companies. The majority of survey sites are global and send out surveys all over the world.
PMP only compile a small number of very short mini surveys on the Survey Draw.
If you have a problem/issue with any survey, there’s a report this survey button you can use.
If it’s not a technical problem, you can complete the contact form above or email the Admin team.
PS. Some of the external surveys are in English automatically but offer a choice of other languages if you’d prefer that.

I am writing about today's survey. I have yet to come across a more stupid and -what is worse - divisive question. What is my preferred form of government: democracy, aristocracy, republic or federalism? What on earth?
A federal system tends to be democratic, as do republics (e.g. the Federal Republic of Germany...) What was missing were oligarchs and tyrannical despots / dictators.
No one is going to get any useful data from this.

If this was an external survey then I'm afraid the questions are nothing to do with us. If it was one of ours, then the options will be based on what the client wants and so we have to go with the options they specify. Sorry about that.

You need to use that to check past results.

do you ever publish post codes in Scotland, in my area. I have never seen one

AB, ...DD, ...DG, ...EH,... FK, ...G, ...HS, ...IV, ...KA, ...KW,... KY, ...ML, ...PA, ...PH, ...TD, and ...ZE = 16 postcode areas in Scotland.
Marie

Are the Bonus Draw post codes only picked from accounts that have reached the amount of bonus to be eligible for it?
Marie

Thank you for helping Lord of York, Anonymous. Once a member reaches the required bonus threshold, their account ID number is then entered into that draw.
Anonymous

Once again "quick survey for £2" screened out "we've added a small amount to your bonus". Bonus exactly the same as before I started, this happens most of the time when screened out of PMP surveys. Realise only "small amount" but annoying!

Other people have reported a similar problem to this so like with them I have added a small amount to your bonus for you. In future, please email us with the details if a bonus hasn't appeared after the 72 hour update period and we will add it manually for you.

Is there a problem with the daily email reminders? I haven't had one for about a week, I've checked all my settings but I'm still not getting anything.
Em

Em

Em
Someone sent in a screenshot of this survey. It asks or asked which language you would like the survey in, repeats the question in four or five other languages and had buttons underneath the multi-language question. The first button said "English" and then had that word repeated in the other languages too.
The survey was simply being inclusive of multiple language options. Some people in the UK have English as their second/third language (maybe even more) and might prefer the survey to be in their native, fluent language.
There was nothing to get angry about. English was the first button, you simply needed to scroll down or you didn't notice because of your reaction to it. But there was no need for it.
Marie

I see you emailed us and Em helped you sort the problem. Just in case you didn't receive her reply, I'll post what she said here:
"The reason you couldn't change your email address is that your new email address was already on our system. It actually was registered years ago, so it's not so new. Perhaps just not used by yourself as often in the past."
As that account had a smaller bonus, she deleted it from our database and so you will now be able to change your BT account to the email address you wanted to.

Marie
If this was an external survey then I'm afraid the questions are nothing to do with us. If it was one of ours, then the options will be based on what the client wants and so we have to go with the options they specify. Sorry about that.

I can assure you we have absolutely not passed your details onto a third party. Pick Media Ltd are Registered Data Controllers with the Information Commissioners Office. This means we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). (When we were within the EU, staff were GDPR trained and the provisions of the EU GDPR have been incorporated directly into UK law as the UK GDPR. So staff might still refer to GDPR and use that phrase but they also mean the Data Protection Act.) Staff still follow the same core data protection principles, rights and obligations.
No personal data is shared with any third parties/ companies. We also do not sell or share anyone's data without the consent of the member/person. If data does need to be shared it is only done with the informed consent of that member and in accordance with our privacy policy. The data we have on our members (email addresses and postcodes) is stored securely. We do not have anyone's telephone numbers.

People have been talking about this all over the site, on each different comment section.
I know that when browsers set to clear cookies upon closure, it logs you out, so on Tuesday I assumed it was a browser update and that was why we had a couple of people email in and a couple of comments about signing in. (On Tuesday when I was last in work)
I was at a funeral yesterday & I'm having to moderate early because my mum has a hospital appointment at 9:30 this morning. So I am unaware of anything about our site and the team is not here yet, as it's not 9am yet, for me to ask. I'll get an update from them when I'm back from hospital.

Cc, there's nothing strange about the postcodes that come up. Please use the links provided by Choc Spaniel to see winners from your area.
We pay winners every working day. You can also see the comments left by winners on this site, or check out our Trustpilot page for more comments from them.
Each member’s entry has the exact same chance of being selected in a draw. The system completes the draws from a database of active account ID numbers using a random number generator and the parameters of the smallest ID number to the largest.
There is no geographical bias in the selection procedure. The computer doesn't know (or care) where anyone lives! You could give your postcode more chances of coming up by referring your neighbours to us: https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/20-referral-bonus
