• I have been Johnpopped.Never mind I did increase my total.😄

  • Tues. 16th June - Beth8it was top of the survey list, having added £4 to her steadily increasing bonus + advanced 3 LB places, well done Beth👏 - Bruce8 also had a successful day, adding £3 to his bonus, well done you👏 - Fubsy & Shyboy each added £2 to their individual bonus amounts, well done both👏 - &- awl - ralphy - Jaffa & I each added £1 to our respective bonus pots.

I hope today has been good for surveys, I’ve done 2, both quite long, took a while, spent ages on another, which screened me out after loads of questions, kept saying it was looking for a survey & asking more & more questions each time, closed it eventually.

Many thanks to Marie for sorting out the wacky survey from yesterday. Thank You Marie x

It’s been a mostly cloudy day here but the items hung out dried in a couple of hours, despite there being no breeze. The forecast was predicting a 40-50% chance of rain all day, of course that means 50-60% of no rain so we opted to take that view.

I hope everyone is ok & enjoying some pleasant weather, whether on holiday, shopping or pottering round the garden. Good luck with the surveys and Wishing you all the Very Best of Luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀☁️🍀☘️🍀

Edit- hugs to NokeyBlokey 😘 - Jax, Bridie & anyone else who isn’t doing too well at the moment🤗

    • It was a 145 mile round trip. It just seemed the right thing to do. We've all journeyed with Emma and Simon

    • Well done Bruce8 on behalf of all who live way too far away🤗

    • Yes that was a lovely thing to do Bruce and thank you for being our presence 🤗🤗

    • Dropped one more place today as Shaledodger overtook me. Bound to happen with only 3p a day now (except for the political surveys)

Thanks to Bruce8 for representing the community at Simon's funeral today. Also grateful that Chris was able to attend.

  • Mon. 15th June - awl had a good day, especially for a Sunday, adding £7 to his bonus, well done awl👏 - Beth8it also had a very productive day, adding a further £4 to her bonus + advancing another 3 LB places, well done Beth👏 - Shyboy also did well, for a slow weekend, adding£3 to his bonus, well done you👏 - Fubsy. - ralphy & Barrie each added £2 to their respective bonus pots, well done you three👏 -&- I added £1 to my very slowly crawling along, bonus.

Congrats to all who managed to add something against the odds & commiserations to all who tried but were unfortunately not able to make an addition.

Today has just flown by, we had another Mail Drop! The only really useful things were the c.card statement & the car tax form - almost a month late- but sorted now.

I didn’t get my Hospital app. letter, it said 8-10 days a week ago! Managed to find the previous one so hoping to use the contact details on that tomorrow. Never got the bank statement, or any of the birthday cards that had been posted. Wondering now how long it will be until the next lot. Is anyone else having these postal probs?

It was a reasonable day here, the washing all dried despite the lack of a breeze - hope it’s been nice where you are & hope it’s not too windy where Barrie is👍

Wishing everyone lots of Luck in the Draws, hugs to all 🤗🍀☘️🍀🌤️🍀☘️🍀

    • Did that today Jaffa, said they hadn’t received the communication from the GP!

Considering that would be an electronic exchange & he rang me last Tuesday to say he’d sent it & I received a text info. the previous day, I find it rather unlikely that they have no record of it.

Looks like I’ll have to join the endless queue for the GP surgery!

Hope Devon Auntie will be happy to see you & you can enjoy your visit.🤞

    • A better day in Falmouth than expected.Shanties over so had a long walk and a final meal together before we go on to Devon and the others back to Bristol.

Not looking forward to the next week but you never know…

We have so little mail now I don’t notice how long it takes.I hope you get your appointment soon Flower if not try calling the dept if you can.

    • Not too windy today, I expected rain but we didn't get any

  • Sun. 14th June - maddadof was top of the survey hunters on Sat. adding £3 to his bonus, well done maddadof 👏 - Fubsy - Shyboy & Beth8it each added £2 to their bonus totals + Beth advanced another LB place, well done you three👏 -&- awl - Jaffa & I each added £1 to our bonus pots.

A fairly quiet day but not unusual for a weekend, has it been any better today? I’ve not had anything so far, just a couple of screenouts & my 3p, hope some of you have had better opportunities.🤞

I posted this earlier but I think I must have forgotten to click on the save button, because it had disappeared when I’ve just popped in,😰 I bet most of you are in bed by now.

It was a bit brighter here today, though not warm- we seem to have finally lost the blustery wind that we’ve had all week, so hopefully it will be nicer tomorrow.

Can’t remember what I’d written now🤔 so I’ll just say night night to anyone on their way to bed, hope you’ve all enjoyed a pleasant & productive weekend.

Hugs to all and the Best of Luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀⛅️🍀☘️🍀

    • It's still windy here.

  • Sat. 13th June - awl had a good day, adding £8 to his bonus & widening the gap with Jax, well done awl👏 - ralphy & Shyboy did well too, each adding £4 to their bonus amounts - I added £2 -&- Fubsy - Barrie & Jaffa each added £1 to their respective bonus pots & Bridie & arfa both rolled over to another £1 too.

Well done to all who managed an addition to their bonus, however small, congrats to you all, especially awl, ralphy & Shyboy👍

Very late I’m afraid, phonecalls & visitors, hope you’ve not been waiting too long.

A bit of a cloudy, dreary day here, hope you’ve had better weather like Jaffa.

Glad to hear Bruce8 & son got safely back from their holiday, despite the new regs.

Wishing everyone the Best of Luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀☁️🌫️☁️🍀☘️🍀

  • Just back after the theatre performance by Mr J and band. They were on for 40 mins and three other bands took part.It was a sell out concert and they raised £1500 on the night for RNLI.

Now I can relax as the rest of their performances are more low key and I don’t get nervous for them.

The weather looks as if it will stay fine so that’s good.

    Hope everyone ok.

    • Susie I am sure all of us could say that with the benefit of hindsight. If we learn from our mistakes that is all we can do.🤗🤗

    • Don’t beat yourself up Susiewoo2, all of us have made mistakes at some time or another, you’re doing your very best & it certainly doesn’t sound like he’s missing out!

I hope you get to use your passport too & have a lovely summer & you never know, you could have another win in the future🤞Big hugs from me 🤗🤗🤗🤗

    • F.P. I am so grateful for my win....I would give my right arm to see that my boy gets some chances and experiences in life. Stupidly I made some bad life choices which is why I am in this position now. Live and learn. I am working hard to make things right.

    • New passport regulations tend to relate to using them rather than getting them.

Additional security for those travelling who are not from the EU. You are required to provide finger prints using their scanner and have a photo taken. These are then compared when you next arrive or leave an EU country. Supposed to be quicker once you've been scanned once however it makes little difference because of the queue of other people having theirs done.

    • Yes we visited the biggest model railway I'd ever seen. It was the purpose of the visit really. My son told me he would like to see it last year originally got the German city wrong, however remembered it was Hamburg before I booked the plane tickets. We first checked when there was availability, then booked the air plane, found a hotel and booked minitur wonderland.

The other days were so we could see a bit of Hamburg. Its changed a bit since I was last there - though that was almost 40 years ago.

    • Wow! Susiewoo2 - hope he doesn’t get held up, due to the new passport regs. I think it’s great 👍 especially when they don’t have siblings, my son always went on lots of trips with school & scouts etc.

It makes them more self reliant, well done you for financing them all, hope you still have some left for Christmas. 👍

    • Good job you had a win then Susie!

    • I've just used half my winnings on a first passport for little man (who is officially now taller than me) a renewed one for me and 4.. yes 4 school trips for him before the end of July 😮😮😮

    • Malc_H, you need to be careful there are rumours that they are going to replace our slate passports.

    • Malc_H. 🤣

    • You would have to be young to do that Enver.

    • "Bruce9 - did you visit the worlds biggest model railway?

Many years ago in late 70's I went to Hamburg (20 hour crossing) on the Prins Hamlet car ferry from Harwich (bargain £15 weekend trip) with a schoolfriend, it departs every 2nd day.. & only has 4 hours (8am to midday) turnaround each end to get into & see the city from the Landungsbrucken where the ship docked.

It was nearly time for the return & we wandered back towards the ship, but seeing it in the distance suddenly realised it was about 3 miles away, you never seen us run so fast in our lives along the Reeperbahn in the St. Pauli neighborhood, must have broke the 4 minute mile ... just made it & got onboard as the gangplank & ropes were being cast off, the ship was starting to move but they pulled it back in for a minute till we had out tickets & passports checked by an official standing there & were allowed onboard.

We wondered where another 3 older friends we met on the outward trip were as they did not appear on the ship till later in the afternoon after cruising down the river. They had missed the midday departure, one of them spoke fairly good german, they took the train to Cuxhaven (on the mouth of the river Elbe) & bribed the pilot boat to bring them aboard when it took our river pilot off, before the overnight crossing of the North Sea..

    • We got into Bournemouth today without any problems, even though we are from Yorkshire.

    • It seems to be causing lots of problems and the main holiday season is yet to start.

      Glad you survived it.

    • Back from Hamburg - though I did wonder if we were going to make it. Arrived at airport over 3 hours before departure to allow for the additional checks.

Getting through baggage checks was a real scrum and if we hadn't been for our flight being an hour late leaving we'd have still been stuck in passport control as it left (because of these new checks). However when we got through they'd already started boarding.

    • Thank you.

Today just us and the group went on a restored little passenger ferry up and down the river Fal stopping by jetties and outdoor pub gardens singing a few songs at each one. They have only done it this year but because the weather is glorious it was well received and I had a nice boat trip.

    • Well done to evveryone concerned.

    • Great total, congrats to Mr J & his pals👏

  • Fri. 12th June - awl had a good day, adding £7 to his bonus+ advancing 2 LB places- one of which entailed hopping over Jax! Well done awl👏 - Shyboy did well too, adding £4 to his bonus, well done you👏 - ralphy & Barrie each added £2 to their bonus amounts, well done both👏 - &- Fubsy - Jaxster - Bruce8 & I each added £1 to our respective bonus pots.

Well done all who added some bonus, commisserations to Jax for being leapfrogged by awl- it was very slow for me, just trying to collect some screenouts, kept popping back to try again, only got the last one as I was going to bed.

I usually take a screenshot of the LB list on the Bonus Draw Page, last thing - so I can see what those around me are doing too. Often get offered a survey at that point! Typical! Usually tired, so have to pass.

Have just completed a survey on the way here, wasn’t for much & quite long but better than nothing, hope you’ve all had better luck🤞

It wasn’t too bad here today, raining early a.m. very blustery wind all day but blew the clouds quickly on their way so reasonable drying weather, warmish despite the wind. Hope it’s been ok where you are.

I expect the weekend slowdown will have an effect on the available surveys but hope you are able to find some, and better still, complete them & get paid.

Hope everyone has a nice peaceful weekend + some pleasant weather to enjoy it- has that next heatwave appeared for anyone yet?

Hugs to NokeyBlokey & anyone else who isn’t feeling too well at the moment, hope you soon feel better😘🤗

Wishing you all Good Luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀💨🌤️🍀☘️🍀

    • You’ve obviously had an interesting & varied experience, hope there’s not too long a queue at the airport.

    • Sounds like you have both had a good time.Safe travels.

    • Day 5 - a slower day today to allow our feet to convert back from what felt like blocks of cement.

Went back to the chocolate shop to buy a few extra items to bring home. Purchased a tin of cocoa. Probably haven't had any for about 45 years however it was made there and everything tried there ( apart from the original bean & sap and the beer) have tasted good so I though I'd give it a go.

We then went on to a model railway shop where my son found somethings t buy, fortunately these didn't go on my credit card. We then stopped for a very light late lunch and returned to the hotel.

In the evening we had a 3o min walk to the Boothaus a more up market restarant for a meal then walked back to the hotel.

Tomorrow we head back to Heathrow.

    • Sorry Jax 😔

  • Thankfully set dry in Falmouth and more and more groups arriving and singing.

    I even completed a survey!

    • Well done Jaffa👍 & Bruce8👍

    • We've had a little light rain, though having a bit of a rest day. Returned to a couple of places and will go out this evening. No surveys so far

  • Thurs. 11th June - awl had a reasonable day, adding £6 to his steadily increasing bonus, well done awl👏 Jaxster & I each added £4 to our bonus totals, well done us👏 - Fubsy - ralphy - Shyboy & Beth8it each added £2 to their respective bonus pots + Beth advanced a further 4 LB places- well done all 👏 - &- Clyde & Bruce8 each added £1 to their bonus totals.👍

How has today been? Anyone had any well paid surveys? Sadly nothing here as yet! Hope you’re all doing better🤞

It’s been a dreary wet day here, with nonstop rain & no sign of the shiny thing. Mr FP went to the supermarket, got absolutely soaked just loading the car, had to put the dehumidifier on to dry his jacket & shirt. The forecast for tomorrow isn’t any better though, hope it’s a bit nicer where you are.

Hope Mr & Mrs Jaffa arrived safely in Falmouth & hope it’s not too miserable there. Hopefully Bruce8 & son are having better weather in Hamburg & enjoying their holiday. Hope anyone else enjoying a holiday at the moment has found some decent weather too.

We had a near fatality in the garden, heard a bell jingling followed by bird squawking loudly about 4a.m. - Mr FP went out to look but by the time he got there, all was quiet & he didn’t notice all the feathers until later, I think it might have been 1 of the young Blackbirds, as 1 seems to have half his tail feathers missing! & he was looking distinctly ruffled🐦‍⬛ & just perched there looking thoroughly miserable.

I hope everyone is keeping well, hugs to anyone who isn’t feeling great at the moment 🤗

Wishing you all the Best of Luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀💦🌧️💦🍀☘️🍀

    • Enjoy your time away, Jaffa and Bruce.

    • Hi Jaffa, I went because my son asked me to take him. He was very happy with what he saw and knew I had taken many photos on 2 of the cameras.

We get on well together and have similar interests apart from model railways! Also as he speaks a little German that also helps.

    • Ok so we all need to head to Germany to get surveys!I hope your main event lived up to expectations.

Falmouth was at least dry and no hold ups but very wet on the way down.

We spent this evening being a mock audience to Mr J and his group while they practised for tomorrow evening.

    • I'm doing marginally better here in Hamburg than I do in Surrey.

More walking today,in fact walked for hours.

Headed off to the main event and arrived a little early so visited an amazing coffee shop close by. The beans arrived by a ceiling tube and were dropped into the roaster. They were cooled and then taken for storage until they were needed for grinding. The roaster was in the middle of the room with tables around it.

We then headed next door to Miniatur Wunderland, a vast miniture railway with several country zones set over several floors of a warehouse. My son really enjoyed it. I was there because I have better cameras.

Afterwards we returned to the place we ate & drank at 2 days ago before plodding back to the hotel. Time for an early night.

Did rain quite heavily however we were looking at the trains. By the time we came out everywhere was wet, though not raining.

    • Nothing for a long time apart from the political ones. Shaledodger will overtake me within the week.

  • Morning all, how is the weather with you? Raining here in Wales, but that is to be expected. I have gone up another 39 spaces and reached my goal of being at position 1500 by the end of the month. Let's see if I can get to 1400. :)

    • Thank you both. :)

    • Raining here too, well done👏 good luck with the next 100 places👍

    • Go gal, go

  • Wed. 10th June - Beth8it had a very good day & added £9 to her bonus+ a nice LB jump of 9 places too, well done Beth👏 - ralphy added £5 to his bonus, well done you👏 - awl added £4 to his, well done awl👏 - I added £3 - &- Shyboy & maddadof each added £2 to their respective bonus pots, well done both.👏👏 congrats to maddadof on reaching the £1300’s milestone👍

Hope you’ve all been having a good day & been able to complete a survey or two, I’ve managed 1 so far but mostly issues, oops’s ‘it’s not you it’s us’ & the odd screenout, really annoying when you answer a whole lot of questions then they decide it’s full!

Our forecast said rain, rain & more rain for the whole day, it did rain but only an odd couple of showers, we had planned to get some curtains washed but erred on the side of caution due to the misleading forecast.☹️

I hope everyone is keeping well & if not - like Jax, hope you soon feel better, hugs to all, especially NokeyBlokey 😘🤗

Wishing everyone Good Luck in all the Draws🍀☘️🍀🌧️💨🌤️☀️🍀☘️🍀

    • I've enjoyed several different chocolate beers in the past.

    • Keeping us in suspense Bruce?I hope you both enjoy whatever it is you are doing.

    • Day 3: still using shank's pony. We did a tour of a chocolate factory and personalised our own bars. After the tour my son spotted bottles of chocolate beer & wine and decided we needed to buy 1 of each with the line "what could possibly go wrong?". When he said "we" should buy it it was of course down to bank of Dad.

He became concerned about my health a little later and found a place for us to sit down and have a beer, so he could check that I'd really said I wanted to go shopping!

We did eventually proceed however I was unable to find what I was after so we returned to hotel. Went out again in the evening and went to a steak house then returned to hotel and tried the chocolate beer. It only took me 1 sip to know I never wanted this again. The wine was actually drinkable.

Tomorrow is the main event, the reason he wanted me to bring him here

    • Thanks FP - plus 18p, every penny counts

  • Hi how can you check to see if your postcode has come out while you were on holiday?

    • From the FAQs: https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/96-how-many-people-are-registered-to-my-postcode

      https://pickmypostcode.com/entries-search/

    • That is great, thank you. Is there a way of finding out how many people in my postcode have an account, please?

    • No, you don't automatically leave Holiday Mode when you log back in again. You need to untick the box in your notification settings. You can do this by heading to 'My Account' in the top right hand corner and then clicking / tapping on 'Notifications'. I have also linked it here: https://pickmypostcode.com/account/#notifications.

Just to clarify, turning on 'Holiday Mode' removes your personal entry into the draws. However, please be aware that if there are active members with the same postcode as you, your postcode could still come up as a winner while the mode is on but you will not be eligible to claim while you have the mode on.

    • I believe you come off holiday mode automatically as soon as you next check the site. Someone will confirm this.

    • Understood, thank you. That is good to know, as I would hate for someone to go on holiday, then forget to unholiday and then mine would be on constant holiday lol

    • Not if there is another active member who has registered it.

If you are the only member who has registered a particular postcode and you put your account into holiday mode, then that postcode will not be drawn.

    • Going on holiday mode doesn't mean the postcode won't come up, though, does it?

    • Look under winners results on the task bar.Did you not put yourself in holiday mode? You can do that from your account.

  • Tues. 9th June - awl had the best Monday, adding £7 to his bonus, well done awl👏 - Beth8it had another good day too, adding £4 to her bonus + advancing 2 more LB places, well done Beth👏 Shyboy & I each added £2 to our respective bonus amounts, well done us👏 - ralphypoodled added an extra £1 to his bonus amount -&- Bruce8 & NokeyBlokey both rolled over to another £1.👍

awl & Beth did well, don’t know how Beth has time after reading all the puppy antics!😀 Hope today has been good for them too & better for those not having much luck. I was lucky & got one earlier, so can get on with the books I’m proofreading.

It’s been changeable here, weather wise, very windy again, bright & sunny then heavy showers, the washing went out & back in again several times before giving up & being left in the conservatory.

Mr FP did some gardening, thinning out the Ivy on the old cherry tree, hiding under the pergola during the worst of the showers & getting back to work as soon as it stopped. More full green bags for the recycling centre.

Hopefully you are enjoying some more settled weather & able to get on with summer walks & garden jobs, or just sitting out to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Hope everyone is ok, hugs to all who aren’t feeling too great & wishing you All the Very Best of Luck in all the Draws 🍀☘️🍀💨⛅️🌧️⛅️🌧️💨🍀☘️🍀

    • Sorry to hear about this, Jaxster. It must be so frustrating when you have waited so long. I hope you do not have to wait too long for the rescheduled appointment. Make the most of your week off.

    • Try to make the most of the week off to relax and get well.I did not realise you were waiting so long so can only hope it quicker this time..read and note Mr Starmer!

    • Hope the antibiotics do some good Jax, it’s always a worry when things get postponed, I hope you get another appointment asap.🤗

At least you can have a few days rest, maybe do a few surveys before awl catches you.😊

    • Apparently the anaesthetist said if I sneezed post surgery if could cause bleeding... death by sneezing, that is one for the epitaph.

Home from the GP. He noticed my tonsils looked a bit swollen. He asked if I had trouble swallowing...nope! Does it hurt to talk... some people would probably wish it did. haha! He said if I was 27 and not waiting for surgery he would have told me to ride it out. But seeing as I'm 5-typing error and waiting for surgery, here have some antibiotics! He has also given me a fit note for all of this week so I can relax now. Though tres annoyed that my surgery was postponed. I've been waiting for this surgery for 2 years. Gawd knows what else its affecting while I wait.

    • Sorry to hear your surgery has been delayed Jax, sounds like you can’t win, if the condition they hope to correct is causing the symptoms stopping them from doing the surgery, you’d think someone could make the decision to continue but it’s probably a health & safety issue that they have to abide by.

Hope your GP will be able to help.

    • Oh Jax don’t feel too bad.I have a thyroid issue and know because it’s endocrine related it can mess with lots of things.

It’s irritating to have the surgery delayed but I am sure they can get it sorted out.If you are feeling anxious that can mess things up too.

      Good luck thinking of you.

    • Hope everything turns out good for you Jax...

    • Hi Everyone,

I was meant to have my parathyroid surgery tomorrow but thanks to coming down with something on the weekend it has been postponed.

I did go in for my pre-surgery blood tests and ECG yesterday. The girl in pre-assessments who rang me this morning said the notes from the anaesthetist said it needed to be postponed and the girl said some of my blood tests were "deranged" (I may file a complaint about the use of that word), and there were some abnormalities with my ECG. Dr Google tells me hyperparathyroidism can affect the heart beat because of all the calcium that is in my blood.

She suggested I go see a GP about what I'm suffering. Of course I haven't been taking anything because in the lead up to the surgery I was told to stop taking practically all my meds. Going down to see my GP at 3:40 today.

Feeling all very glum about it.

    • Sounds a packed day Bruce.

    • Went to the maritime museum today. We started on "deck 9" and worked our way down to deck 0. Newest shipping at the top and worked down though several eras. Lots to see we could have spend many more hours there than the 4 we gave.

Went on to a local brewery and tried some of the beers made there and also had an evening meal. Then headed back to the hotel. Used shank's pony today.

    • I waited all day to get rejected sans payment from three surveys.Back to normal I think!😂

  • Well just as my hollyhocks are about 7ft high and in bud the wind is getting up.I swear this happens every year.

    • Hi Enver, the foxgloves, sunflowers & hollyhocks all usually germinate quite easily & quickly, though it’s getting a bit late now, unless you plant them August/Sept for planting out next year - possibly still get some of the sunflowers in though.

I’ve never grown any pumpkin seeds, so can’t help with that. We’ve got strawberries growing, we’ve had good crops from them in the last couple of years but it’s been quite wet here this month so the s&s’s proliferate & they’ll probably get to them first.☹️

Re Livingston Daisies, they’re not as fragile as they look, but not fully hardy in northern climes.

    • 🌱I have some foxglove, sunflower🌻 & hollyhock🌸 seeds to plant, they grow quite well here, but our landscapers seem to hoe everything over that's coming up now & then, maybe the lady friend will have more luck with them in her pots. I tried scattering poppy seeds on public wasteland but nothing came of them.

Strawberries🍓 on my balcony get a bit windswept, & birds get them before ripe enough to eat.

Livingston daisies🌼 are wee rainbow things, someone once grew one in a wee pot indoors & showed us, fragile but very pretty.

Would like to bury some pumpkin🎃 seeds somewhere in the undergrowth round our commmunal gardens too, (big plants like gourds or marrows with massive yellow flowers which we grew at boarding school in Yorks), but they may not survive winter as too wet here, or squirrels & snails/slugs might take them, has anyone ever grown them?

    • Thank you Flower it will be changeable…I do hate that kind of weather.

    • Our Hollyhocks sadly died off a couple of years ago, I think the wind did for them, they seemed to break or bend every year & gradually their numbers decreased + I don’t think they liked clay soil- so didn’t plant anymore.

Hope yours manage to flower, & resist the wind.

The foxgloves are pretty tall & they’re taking a battering this year but seem more resilient.

Hopefully Falmouth won’t be quite as windy for your trip.

  • Hello. Can anyone explain what happens if you've built up a bonus but then subsequently move house to a new postcode?

    • Where possible we ask members to use their current postcode. This is because some prizes and features on the site are only available to members using their correct address. This includes the golden postcodes referral competition and the survey integrations, but there are likely to be others in future. We strongly prefer that members use their own postcode.

Please use the instructions that Choc Spaniel has linked from the FAQs to change it if/when you move as this is the only way to keep your bonus on your account.

    • It's your membership number that's in the draws, so it doesn't matter which of your postcodes you decide to link to your account. The bonus you have built up also remains linked to your account, whichever postcode you decide to use. Do feel free to start looking for a new house without any worries. 😊👍

    • It's in the FAQ that you are encouraged to read when you join.

      https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/31-how-do-i-change-my-email-address-or-postcode

    • It’s your choice if you want to change the postcode to the new address or keep the old one.

As long as you only have 1 - it doesn’t matter which.

    • You can keep your old postcode or change it in your account details.

  • uo

    • How can we help you?

  • Just up one today, but an up is an up. I have made just under £3 today, so hopefully that will give me a jump by tomorrow. Has anyone ever won the flash draw?

    • oh wonderful. Well done Mylo.

    • Mrs.West5 - Myloguinness has won a Flash Draw today, 9/6. He has commented on the Survey Draw page.

    • Well done Beth👍

    • Big jump today (or will be, by tomorrow) as I have had quite a few surveys and lots and lots of screenouts!

    • Excellent, thank you both. Nor me jaffa. Up 21 today, yay.

    • The £5 Flash Draw happens daily. It or they are only shown to those accounts who are randomly selected as a winner of that draw each day. That is between 5-10 people each day and they could be anywhere on site, in any ad slot. This is why they go unclaimed so often, though we have had a few claimed recently which is nice. Many people just check the draws and don’t scroll down all the way or check every page.

This FAQ article has more information:

      https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/12-what-is-the-5-flash-draw

    • I did, right back at the beginning when they first started. There was an info box telling you what to look out for, I scrolled down the page & was amazed to see one. Click! £5 in my PP account.

    • Not me.

  • Mon. 8th June - awl had the best of Sunday, adding £3 to his bonus, well done you👏 -&- ralphy - Shyboy - maddadof - Beth8it & I all added £1 to our respective bonus pots+ Beth advanced 1 LB place. Well done all.

Hopefully the new week is proving more productive🤞 I’ve not found anything yet but have been at the dentist all afternoon so only just checked.

It’s been a surprisingly warm day here, quite a brisk breeze but had to use the aircon, way too warm in the car & despite the sun block I’ve got a very red cheek, ear & neck on the left side.🥵

I did see a forecast for another warm spell but it all looked to be London & S. East, it will be nice to be back to Summer, last week was way too chilly.

I know Jaffa was seeing the Korean & other ladies, just wondering if anyone is seeing that gentleman who also appears to be in need of a date! Has Google decided that as I didn’t fancy any of the ladies on offer- of varying ages, they’d try men instead? I’m wondering when the toy boys will start appearing 😊

Hope everyone is ok, best of Luck with the surveys & in the Draws & hugs to all🍀☘️🍀🌤️💨🍀☘️🍀

    • Hope you enjoy Hamburg, it’s not somewhere I’ve been, did the event live up to your sons expectations?

    • Same from me.

In case an ad is inappropriate: https://help.pickmypostcode.com/article/113-what-to-do-if-you-see-a-dodgy-or-inappropriate-advert

    • Have a good time both of you.

    • We are in Hamburg so my son can get to an exhibition he's interested in.

I have been to Hamburg before though the last time was almost 40 years ago.

    • Where are you Bruce8 ?

    • Was chucking it down when we left Heathrow. A little warmer here

    • Flower its kilts and cats wearing combat gear today!Never a dull moment where the ads are concerned….

Tell Mr F he has competition 😂😂

    • Hope your teefs are ok. I don't want that weather we had two weeks ago back. I felt like I was living in an oven! Just something in between, please, weather.

  • I shall hope to see a survey today if I am lucky .It was an early start and home late yesterday.Internet on trains is not good so could not have done a survey if I was offered one.Never mind we had a good day and enjoyed ABBA .

No not a single survey so far😫

    • Dentist wasn’t too bad, bit of a long session & might need to lose one of the back teeth.

Hope you enjoy the festival & the weather is favourable 👍

      ps no surveys here either.☹️

      Edit - got one late/early & completed 👍

    • No Flower.

I hope your trip to the dentist was ok?

We are off to Falmouth for the festival on Thursday and the weather is still not certain as usual so it’s pack for two seasons again!

    • Have you found 1 yet Jaffa?

    • Glad to hear it, Jaffa.

  • Sun. 7th June - Beth8it is top survey hunter, adding £3 to her bonus, well done Beth👏 meanwhile : ralphy - Shyboy maddadof & I each managed a small addition to our respective bonus pots of £1.

That was a nice simple bonus list, let’s hope tomorrow is a bit more interesting 🤞 I hope most of you have had some better luck today, nothing here as yet😟 & probably won’t have time later, I’ve got 3 new books to lose myself in.

We’ve not had Dinner yet, running very late again, so I’ll keep it short.

Hugs to NokeyBlokey 😘 & anyone else feeling unwell or unhappy - hope things improve for you soon.

Wishing you All the Best of Luck in all the Draws🍀☘️🍀⛅️🌧️🌫️🍀☘️🍀

    • I had a very nice holiday, thanks FP and Jaffa, though the weather did deteriorate a bit towards the end of it. Didn't let that spoil it though. I haven't had a chance to get back into surveys yet, but I will before long.

    • Glad all well with you hope you had a good holiday.

    • Welcome back Fubsy, hope you had a good holiday, we’ve missed your cheerful comments & additions to the bonus list- as you can see we’re having a bit of a slow weekend.😇

    • Thanks Susiewoo2, 👍

    • Thanks for your kind thoughts from a few days ago FP. You were right, I was on holiday. I'm back home now, Not ill, thankfully, just didn't do any surveys while I was away, and have only just caught up with the comments.

    • Enjoy your dinner 😋

  • Up another 37 places. Can I get up another 550 before the month is over? I have done 264 spaces this month so far.

    • Thanks flowerPower, and well done SnowQueen.

    • It sure is Suziewoo, I love a hyperfocus and this is my new thing, Ha! Thanks Barrie, just keep plugging me lovely. x

    • If you have the time, it's quite addictive Mrs.West5 😁

    • Keep going ladies, I'm going backwards.

    • Keep at it Mrs.West5, you’re doing great 👍 If you’re averaging 37 places a day then you will definitely get to your goal with time to spare.

    • Well done ! I have gone up 5 spaces which is a lot for me 😇

  • Sat. 6th June - awl had a good day on Friday, adding £9 to his bonus, well done awl👏 - Beth8it also had a good day, adding £4 to her bonus + advancing 3 LB places, well done Beth👏 - Shyboy did ok too, adding £2 to his bonus, well done you👏 -&- ralphy - Jaffa - Arfa - maddadof & I each added £1 to our respective bonus pots.

Well done everyone who managed to add something, there do seem to have been quite a few around, just mostly ones I am unsuited for. Guess it’s the same for many of you, I’ve actually completed 1 today about sports!! Of all things, I really only read/listen to the results of things I used to watch as we don’t watch TV anymore.

If you get offered it, give it a try- whether you’re into sports or not, you may add a bit to your bonus.

It’s been a rather gloomy day here, heavy cloud, odd light showers & the very occasional glimpse of that shiny thing we all saw so much of last week. Hope you’ve had a brighter day to enjoy your usual weekend activities.

I’m posting this a bit earlier than usual, hopefully to prohibit the need for any annoying apologies, quick reply to all who commented, I’ll do my best but it’s just a curtesy thing for me, sorry I can’t change how I think but I’d be really grateful if you could all just ignore any future annoying comments, Thanks

I hope everyone is ok & enjoying a pleasant weekend, hugs to anyone who isn’t well at the moment or is just feeling sad or miserable, I hope things improve for you soon.😘🤗

Wishing you all the very best of luck in the Draws🍀☘️🍀🌫️🍀☘️🍀

    • They did ask me once to send them a photo of the till reciept, I told them the reciept was too long & laptop cams were not good enough to read the faint bits of a reciept on a photo. They then admitted their computer could generate a copy of my receipt they could read, (they were just too lazy to get it up & look, or were trying to put me off claiming something I was entitled to).

    • I suppose they expect people to check on their mobile & screenshot it at the checkout. They’d have irrefutable proof then, obviously penalises older folks who don’t have or use mobiles.

    • Once you scan your Nectar card & the bonus item(s) through the checkout, it vanishes off the website bonus point list list before I get home. I put how many points on my shopping list & total up what I got on the till reciept, so it's going to be a long conflab with an asian on online chat if they differ,... (I bet they can still see the points breakdown, but we can't).

    • It would seem so Enver🙃- congrats on the bargains. That’s sneaky of them- the Nectar Points!

I gave up on all of them after Tesco, devalued their’s and Boots were taken over by a US conglomerate & swiped all the savings from everyone’s cards, threw them all in the bin & refuse to sign up for anything anywhere now.

    • Just you then FP. Mostly very cloudy here, but sunny in FK she said. I went to Sainsbury's as it was dry, but came back damp as it was drizzling when I left the shop. Liberated some early reduced bargains & a small bucket of bonus Nectar points.

I notice they've done away with the points breakdown on the Nectar website, too many bonus points were being missed despite purchasing the item, & people were complaining, but now we can't even see what's missing, so can only try to agree the total credited.

Free virtual hugs 🤗 to anyone who needs them.

    • Thanks Jaffa & Barrie, it’s probably just me but I’m glad I’ve not been annoying you😇

    • Your comments don't annoy me FlowerPower but although I appreciate them you shouldn't feel pressured into make them.

    • CS I felt just the same.I do get a few surveys at the moment but when I hear others mention surveys I often think “why did I not get it”.

Logic only known to the god of surveys I guess?

      Hope things improve.

    • Of course I can Flower don’t want you to feel got at just appreciated.Nuff said and hugs🤗🤗

Off to see ABBA Voyage tomorrow and no I am not dressing up!

    • It's been over 10 days since I've even been offered anything now, and well before that with the usual issues. The only scoring ones are political. It would be interesting if I could understand why. I am a member of a number of other survey companies and unusual to be screened out of any.

  • Never heard of this before .it's fab!!! 😜

    • We love it

  • Fri. 5th June - ralphy - Shyboy & Beth8it each added £3 to their bonus pots, well done you three, 👏 - awl - Barrie - maddadof & I each added £2 to our bonus totals, well done us👏 -&- Bridie - Jaxster & Jaffa each added another £1 to their respective bonus pots.👏

Well done to all who managed to add anything to their bonus, there didn’t seem to be much around, so ralphy, Shyboy & Beth did well to find some. I was just trying to add enough screenouts to rollover, then had an unexpected survey. Nothing today, but not had much time again, so hopefully it’s been better for most of you🤞

It’s been mostly cloudy today, only an odd light shower but the wind has dropped, so the cloud has just hung around- according to the forecast it was much worse! So have to be grateful for what we got.

I hope everyone is ok, sorry I’m late again, in a bit of a fog at the moment, time either stands still or just disappears.

Wishing you all the very best of luck in all the Draws🍀☘️🍀🌫️☁️🌫️🍀☘️🍀

    • No hurry. I just hope everything's OK with you.

    • No problem Marie they’ve helped to take my mind off things recently. Sorry, still not got round to sending in the other surveys. It might take me a while.

    • FP, they're always appreciated, but don't ever feel obliged to post these updates.

    • Thanks Cazj49 - glad you enjoy the updates, as Jaffa says you can always put an emoji if you want to.

    • You can simply comment by leaving an emoji if you want to.👍

    • Not for the first time, after reading an update from FP, have I wished there was a ‘thumbs up’ or some kind of ‘like’ symbol to show her daily accounts are being read and appreciated.

I wonder if there is a chance of this?🤔

Thank you for the time and effort you put into keeping us informed FlowerPower. 🤗

    • Ok all, message received!

    • Lithops are odd things.

      Have a great holiday.

    • HI FP, stop this saying sorry. I think we are all grateful that you take your time to post an update. You don't have to do it however you choose to do it so the timing is not important.

Completed my main planting for this year, unless anything dies or needs to be lifted.

Need to get back to the greenhouse to thin out the Lithops (they are the plants described as the living stones) , I have about 50 to get into individual pots.

I'll be airborne on Monday, allowing my son to fulfil another of his bucket list

    • Was just thinking the same as Jaffa and Barrie, I'm sure we all enjoy reading your updates but you are under no time constraints whatsoever 🥰

    • Yes ditto Barrie we love your updates but only if you have time.I hope you start feeling a bit better and don’t put yourself under pressure.

      Hugs🤗🤗

    • You owe us nothing so there is no need to apologise.

  • Thurs. 4th June - awl had a good day on Wed. adding £11 to his bonus, steadily eroding the gap with Jax- well done awl👏 - ralphy did well too, adding £5 to his bonus, well done ralphy 👏 - Shyboy - Barrie - Jaffa - HM & maddadof each added £2 to their respective bonus pots, well done to you all.👏 -&- Bruce8 rolled over to another £1 too.👍

Quite a good day for most, I had no luck, couldn’t even manage a rollover but didn’t have much time to spend. Hope Fubsy is ok, maybe on holiday, hopefully not ill but not had any survey activity for 4or5 days now.

Nothing today for me either, so hoping you’ve all had better opportunities 🤞 I might try again later but not able at the moment.

We’ve had a few showers today but mostly bright, still got the gusty wind, so showers heavy but not lingering.

Mr FP decided that the washing machine could do with a new door lock - he didn’t fancy it conking out again especially if it was full! - found out that parts are available for even really old models because most are interchangeable- ours is Becko but it’s one of many makes using the same lock, £9.99 on Amazon, it came today via R.Mail, he fitted it when he came back from shopping, so all good now, got a load washed, just going to hang out when it hammered down!

Hope everyone is ok, read Em’s post, sending her lots of hugs for her special day, hope it’s not too sad.

Hugs to anyone else who needs one, especially NokeyBlokey & wishing you all the very best of luck in all the draws.🍀☘️🍀💨🌤️🌧️🌤️🌧️💨🍀☘️🍀

    • Yes, special wishes to Nokey Blokey. Hope reading Em's sad news about Simon isn't too depressing for those currently battling nasty diseases - you know the PMP Brigade are behind everyone who needs a bit of support and virtual hand-holding.

    • Thanks Jaffa, I did event. doze off early a.m. managed a couple of hours then awake again.

Hopefully it will get better as time goes on.

    • Mr F is a real DIY king.Can I borrow him sometime?

Glad to see Bruce is moving on with a survey or two.

Hugs to you and hoping you get some sleep🤗😴🤗
