• I'd like to stop the ads which only seem to have appeared today!

    • We only make the ads for our other sites Win A Dinner & PMPCompetitions and for our Games & Puzzles page. The rest are just ad spaces which we rent out to Google ads.

They all have an x in the corner and only take a second to close. They will fill the page if you touch them outside of the x. Just make sure that you don’t scroll too quickly and accidentally hit it, then you will be able to react to the ad when it comes up by closing it, instead of accidentally swiping on it. Turning your device to landscape should expand the ad and make clicking the x easier.

Some of these bottom banner ads have a bit of movement or animation where they bring themselves to the person’s attention by filling half of the screen and then shrinking back down.

The ad stays at the bottom of a hand held device, not static on a section of our site. You can continue to scroll and see what was under the ad. The page moves separately to the ad.

Our draw boxes have red buttons in them which enable you to navigate between the pages. The Main Draw box has a red button which says “Check survey draw”. The Survey Draw’s button then says “Check video draw” etc. So there are other ways to move around the site.

Just scroll down until the bottom of the draw box is in the centre of your screen and you can use the “Check x survey” button to move to the next draw. There’s an example image here:

If you are served an ad which is not one which shrinks to a banner or bar size, or if it doesn’t have an x to close it, or if the close function doesn’t work, please take a screenshot and email us – admin@pickmypostcode.com

  • Just won the video draw but no way to claim it. Sent an email to admin so fingers crossed it works

    • Hi Robina, I have checked and I'm afraid your postcode has yet to be a winner. I'm not sure why you thought it was. I can see you have emailed us as well, so we will reply to that in the next day or two.

    • My postcode came up today so please let me know if I’ve won

    • You claimed when you clicked/tapped on the claim button next to your postcode, so congratulations! I'm afraid we've had some issues with emails being blocked by Microsoft over the weekend, so this is probably what happened with the email to confirm your claim. We will reply to your email as soon as we can.

  • Austria v Great Britain in Madrid 5 a side football, G B was more on top, and GB won 5-1 in 1992.

  • Has there been any wins for BR1 2LR in P C Lottery 2026

    • You can look up past winning postcodes (or partial postcodes) here: https://pickmypostcode.com/past-winners/ (this is linked at the bottom of every page as 'Winners Results')

You can also check winners in your area here: https://pickmypostcode.com/winners-map/

    • You can check yourself, just go to the Winners Results page and check across the 5 tabs (Mini Draw not recorded)

  • I won, I couldn't claim. I contacted. No response, don't waste your time here. They won't get back to you ever. It's been two weeks now.

    • I replied to your first email on the 13th April and then to your second one yesterday. I see that you also posted about this on the Main Page draw and my colleague responded there. Thank you for confirming that you have found the emails.
