Join a 90-minute online focus group to help improve public messaging about staying safe during winter power cuts. Run on behalf of the Energy Networks Association, the session explores how current messages are received and how they can be made clearer and more effective. No prior knowledge needed.

Sessions will be held at 10am on 13-15 August, and participants will receive a £40 Amazon gift card as a thank you.
