We send over 500,000 draw alert emails a day which is a technical challenge. Certain email providers such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo and AOL also often delay delivery because of the sheer volume. If this is getting you down, here’s what you can do:

You may have noticed that we recently added buttons to add a daily reminder to your favourite calendar app on the Edit your details, and Bonus pages.

An FPL user has directed us towards a great little browser app for Firefox;
Tab Alarm allows you to set reminders in your browser that will open a particular website in a new tab at specific times during the day.

Owl Reminder is a similar app for Google Chrome which connects to your Google calendar and utilises desktop pop ups to remind you to check the site.

For any mobile FPL users, you can always set alarms using your phone or tablet’s inbuilt clock.

My favourite way to remember is to simply set http://freepostcodelottery.com as your home page – that way each time you open the browser you be taken directly to the site!
