- The preferences that you choose for Pick My Postcode will carry over to the games that you play. You can update your preferences by visiting the account page.
- Why hasn't my progress saved?
- Unfortunately, due to the way the games are externally hosted, they do not save your progress if you refresh your cookies. If you automatically clear your cookies and want to keep your progress, please add an exception to keep cookies for the following domain:

- Unfortunately, you cannot do this. The game progress is linked to your device's browser cookies, so if you swap devices you will be back to the beginning on that device only.
