We’ve hit 11% of UK Postcodes entered. Hurrah! As promised the prize fund is going up, but this time it’s jumping to £150. Am I mad?

A little bit, but last time I put it up from £80 to £100 early and it really paid off when the press and other websites took notice. Within weeks it was paying for itself. Let’s hope that happens again! FPL is now giving away a MINIMUM of £80,000 per year, and this does not include the Mini Draw or Bonuses.

Speaking of the Mini Draw, I can also announce that it is going up to £20 per day (or evening, I suppose).

Thanks for all of the great suggestions about how I could increase the overall prize money. In the end, I took the lazy route but it also keeps things nice and simple for newbs to understand. However, I had some really good suggestions:

1. – Increase the Survey Draw pot.
2. – Increase the “stacks” in the Stackpot to £20 each.
3. – Add more “stacks” to the Stackpot.
4. – Add a morning Mini Draw.
5. – Give £10 per day to winners’ chosen charity. (Hint. I’m working on some Charity stuff…)
6. – 2 winning postcodes in the Main Draw.
7. – £150 on Mondays and Fridays, and £100 on other days.
8. – Increase the Main Draw to £111 because it’s a fun number 🙂
9. – A “Loyalty Draw” for those with > £X bonus or > Y consecutive daily visits.
10. – A “Double Draw” where 2 postcodes are drawn. Big prize if BOTH claim.

The good news is that I’ll be introducing some of these when we hit 12%, 13%, 14% and 15%. Watch this space.
