Sad Face but Money-Mouth Face – Win £2,500 on NYD!

by Chris | Competitions, Giveaways, Prizes

chrisIt is with a Sad Face that we’ve had to close one of our sister sites, but it is with a Party Popper that we can announce that the unclaimed amount of £2,725 will be given away on 1st of January 2025, on PMP. Yes, here.

Freemojilottery.com. FML, was a genius idea. So smart that someone else* launched the same idea on the exact same day back in 2016. On World Emoji Day. Both sites asked you to choose five Emojis as an Emoji Name, which would then go into a free daily draw. Familiar right? Sadly, neither of the sites took off, and like them, we’ve shut ours down. We confess, we could have given it (a lot) more Red Heart, but we were too busy with PMP, which is still going as Flexed Biceps as ever.

This is how it’s going to work… Bear with me (Exploding Head). Every day you visit PMP in December earns you 1 entry.  On the morning of 1st Jan we’ll randomly select 10 people based on those entries. If that’s you, you’ll be asked to complete a claim form. One of those claimants will be randomly chosen to win £2,500, while the others get £25. Your chances to be selected as one of the ten is proportional to the number of entries you have. Oh, and if you were a member of Freemoji, we’ll double your entries. You can check how many entries you have here. That’s it, I think.

We’d like to thank all 255,990 Freemoji members for joining us, with a special congratulations to the 729 winners who shared $58,920 in prizes.

Who knows, maybe one day we’ll resurrect the idea on PMP. As always, good luck!

Waving Hand Chris and Team PMP

* Genuinely, the near identical site was launched by a couple of (lovely) lads in Leeds. Another fun fact, one of my favourite House DJs from the 90s was involved.
