Just a quick one to let you know that we are aware that weird stuff might be happening on the Survey Draw. We are experimenting with new ways of integrating external surveys. Please bear with us.

In particular, we’re making changes to our implementation of Pollfish. We’ve changed it so that the prompts to participate in a Pollfish survey come after the postcode is revealed, so that if you have no interest, it won’t continually get in your way. We’re also getting rid of the $20 Amazon competition, since it just confuses people (why is it USD?!) and replacing with more generous PMP Bonus.

Finally, we’ve opened it up to other survey providers. We’re aware that some of these aren’t so good at giving a decent user experience, but we don’t yet know which ones. So, if you continually get redirected and screened-out after answering loads of question, without clear explanation of why, please keep an eye out for any of the following brand logos and let us know which one it was: Cint, Toluna, InnovateMR, P2Sample, SaySo or Lucid.
