PMP’s Biggest Wins of 2023

by May | Community, Family, News, Reviews

2023 was a big year for Pick My Postcode. We gave away £327,091.96 including bonuses. That’s £27K more than in 2022! Here are some of our biggest wins from throughout 2023.

It Will Be Worth the Wait won £8,650.21

“In all that time I never lost belief that my postcode would come up one day, so as it’s totally free, why would I stop checking everyday? One sure way to guarantee not winning, is to stop checking.”

Judith Walker, 67 year-old retiree from Walsall won £2,233.50

“Cannot believe this is happening, I have checked my PMP account for quite a few years now and accumulated a fantastic bonus amount through the surveys. Always loved to see the winners and never expected it to happen to me. Thanks so much to Chris and the team, I’m still in shock as I write this. So easy to do and enjoyable too.”

Sarah, 47, from Portsmouth won £1,263.85

When asked what she was going to spend her winnings on, she said: “A lot, going to go towards our badly needed garden makeover.” In response to those who are losing faith in winning, she said: “Believe it, I had been playing for a few years and won nothing, but I kept playing and it finally happened!”

Bethany Clarke, 29, from Bangor in Northern Ireland, won £803.99

“Winning this will mean a lot to me, my fiance and our 3 year old son as it will really help us with Christmas and pay off some of our bills! Life has gotten so expensive recently and everything has went up so it will really help us.”

Val and Jeff Hollingsworth, a retired couple from Putnoe in Bedford, won £665.53

When asked what they plan to spend their winnings on, they said: “We will be putting the money towards our next trip to see our grandchildren in Perth, Australia.” When asked what they would say to those losing hope of a win, they said: “Believe. It could be you next.”

Carrie Grant, a 38 year-old from Scarborough won £646.74

She plans to spend her winnings on treating her kids in the last few days of their summer holidays and when asked what she would say to those who don’t believe in Pick My Postcode, she said: “It costs nothing to sign up and only 2 minutes a day to check.”

David Foster, from Bickerstaffe in West Lancashire won £636.37

When asked what it was like to win, he said: “Absolutely made up, punched the air, still buzzing about it.” He plans to spend his winnings on “spicing up” his old campervan. He also felt it important to mention, he felt that we are “a great company” and “well worth the effort” of regular checking.

Richard from Durham won £600.64

He said he was “somewhat shocked” to have seen his postcode appear as “I originally thought it was a “too good to be true” scam (honestly!) – but here I am, with the money sitting in my bank account.  It’s definitely real!”

Beth, a 25-year-old paralegal from Staffordshire won £600.02

When asked what it was like to win, she said: “Winning is amazing! I’ve never won anything before, never even a pound on the normal lottery.” She has been trying to move home and says “this will help towards my savings amazingly!”
