After the spending mania of Black Friday and Cyber Monday today is Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving, so we thought we'd remind you of our Double & Donate scheme and tell you about a couple of recent winners who have generously donated their prize money to charity.
Did you know that if you win with FPL and decide that you would like to donate your prize to charity then we’ll double the money and send it to your chosen good cause? Two recent winners did just that.
Having won £10 on the bonus draw and with a £13.51 FPL bonus, Jack from Norwich decided to donate his prize to The Salvation Army, a cause close to his heart,
“As a retired ex-serviceman, I share with my comrades an admiration for the work done by the Sally-Ann. Everywhere in the world where we serve they are there with a cuppa and a smile but never trying to persuade you to join or otherwise bring up their basic ethos. I am sure that most of any donations will be used thoughtfully and wisely, particularly during the festive season.”
The prize, doubled to £47.02, is marching its way over now!
Harry from Widnes won £10 on the Stackpot and had a whopping £17.74 FPL bonus. He said, “My chosen charity Sense looks after children who are blind and deaf, and it’s run very well.” We doubled the total to £55.48 and gave it to Sense on his behalf.
It’s not always easy to set time or money aside for worthy causes so we think Giving Tuesday is the perfect excuse to do something good for charity, no matter how big or small the gesture. What will you be doing today?

No one ever donates to the Lullaby Trust ( formally F.S.I.D ) this charity get no help at all from the Government and have to rely on donations, fund-raising , sponsorship etc. Please help give babies the chance of a lifetime. Cot death ( SIDS ) effects the whole family, usually no answers as to why, same as myself. my granddaughter was taken by this silent killer aged 8 weeks old and we do not have closure as they found nothing wrong with her :(
